Raise a glass to beer culture at Beacon Grille’s first Craft Beer Week. Choose from 11 featured craft brews and try a special entree, prepared with the beer lover in mind. The event is presented in partnership with the Craft Brewers Guild of Boston.
Beacon Grille is proud to host a Fritz Underground Winery Wine Dinner. The winery’s unique subterranean design (it is built into the side of a hill in the Dry Creek Valley wine region of California) is ideal for wine making. Naturally cool temperatures are maintained without the use of expensive, energy-consuming cooling systems common to most modern wine production.
MAXIMUM EXPOSURE
Beacon Grille’s 200-square-foot LED sign has been a tremendous asset in attracting function business. Five weddings have already been booked this season, with many more pending!
WELCOME OLD FRIEND
Four-time presidential candidate and consumer advocate Ralph Nader (left) stopped in for dinner recently to catch up with old army friend and Beacon Grille owner Bill Cummings (far right).
RICH IN FLAVOR &
EGYPTIAN HISTORY
Cleopatra’s Demise is an original cocktail created by Beacon Grille bartender Melissa Filgerleski. Her creation combines Zubrówka, a Polish vodka, with a house-made fig syrup, lime, and bitters.
The cocktail's name is derived from Egyptian history. Ancient historians theorized that Cleopatra committed suicide by allowing herself to be bitten by a poisonous asp (Egyptian cobra) that had been smuggled into her mausoleum in a basket of figs.
A more pleasant fate awaits the patron who orders a Cleopatra’s Demise in the Beacon Lounge!
